Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Printer Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair printers. The ideal candidate will provide technical support both on-site and remotely, ensuring efficient operation of IT hardware and related systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair Printer
- Install, configure, and maintain printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and Printer optimization
- Identify hardware and software faults and provide timely resolutions
- Provide on-site and off-site technical support to clients
- Maintain accurate service records, job reports, and inventory usage
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards




- Offer technical guidance and basic training to customers when required

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in Printer hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of printer technologies.
- Solid problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Good communication and customer-service abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests

Experience:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply)
