- Handle travel enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media.
- Understand customer budgets and travel preferences.
- Recommend suitable tour packages and itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and customized travel plans.
- Coordinate hotel, cab, sightseeing and other bookings.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer and booking records.
- Provide excellent customer support before and during the trip.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tourism.
- Sales/customer-service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work with WhatsApp, Excel and basic computer applications.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
