Job Description

Blossoms Kids & Ladies Wear is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Tele-Sales Executive / Social Media & WATI Handling Executive to manage customer enquiries, follow up with leads, promote products, and support sales through calls, WhatsApp, WATI and social media platforms.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Explain product details, pricing, availability, offers and store information.
- Follow up with customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Respond promptly to customer messages through WhatsApp, WATI, Instagram and Facebook.
- Handle customer conversations, lead follow-ups and approved message templates through WATI.
- Share recent arrivals, product updates and promotional offers with customers.
- Maintain customer lead records, call logs and follow-up details.




- Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate with store, sales, online and marketing teams.
- Work towards daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.
- Maintain polite, professional and timely customer communication.
- Candidate RequirementsGood verbal communication skills, especially in Tamil.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, WATI, Instagram and Facebook.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online tools.
- Valuable customer-handling and sales-follow-up skills.
- Ability to maintain customer records and reports.
- Interest or experience in retail, fashion, textile, apparel, customer service or sales preferred.
- Freshers can also apply; WATI/CRM experience will be an added advantage.
- Positive teamwork and coordination skills.
- Punctual, disciplined and target-oriented.
