- Operate and monitor the RO Water Treatment Plant efficiently.
- Monitor RO, UV, Ozonation and filtration systems.
- Check and maintain water treatment parameters such as TDS, pH, pressure, flow and conductivity.
- Perform regular backwashing, filter cleaning and routine RO plant maintenance.
- Monitor the condition of pumps, filters, membranes and other equipment.
- Maintain daily RO plant logbooks, operating records and checklists.
- Identify and report any technical issues or abnormalities immediately.
- Ensure continuous treated water supply for the production process.
- Follow all safety procedures, company SOPs and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with the production team for smooth plant operations.
