The Business Insurance IT Agile Delivery team is responsible for enabling effective, iterative delivery of technology solutions that support core business insurance operations. The team collaborates with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to:

Deliver high-quality software increments through Agile practices.

Ensure alignment with business priorities and compliance requirements.

Foster continuous improvement and innovation across systems and processes.

Support Commercial Insurance operations and P&C; systems through scalable, customer-focused solutions.

Job Summary:

• Consistently demonstrates intermediate qualities of a servant leader and enables teams to deliver via effective Lean-Agile practices.
• Coordinates with internal and external teams to resolve dependencies, identify and eliminate impediments, and facilitate flow.
