Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and ensure timely vendor payments.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure effective allocation of funds for ongoing operations.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, TDS, PF, and other statutory returns.
• Manage payroll-related compliances and ensure timely and accurate statutory deductions and filings.
• Assist in internal and external audits,



ensuring compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with changes in taxation laws, accounting standards, and statutory compliance requirements relevant to eCommerce operations.
• Reconcile payment gateway transactions and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports, financial statements, management reports, and other periodic financial dashboards for management review.
• Analyze financial and operational data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of vendor payments and resolve discrepancies or payment-related issues.
• Work closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure seamless financial and operational alignment.
• Ensure adherence to internal financial controls, accounting policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
