Role Description :We are hiring for a Sales / Business Development role with an EdTech platform. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Connect with prospective students/customers through calls and other communication channels.
* Understand their requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
* Explain course details, perks, and offerings clearly.
* Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
* Handle queries and objections effectively and assist customers throughout the enrollment process.
* Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.

Preferred Profile:

* Candidates with experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Counselling, or Customer Conversion.
* Strong communication and convincing/persuasion skills.
* Comfortable speaking with customers over calls.
* Target-oriented and confident in handling objections.




* Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

• Candidates should possess strong Academic Advising and Education-related knowledge to guide students on programs, curricula, and institutional policies.
• Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support personal development and career planning.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field); advanced qualifications or certifications in academic or career counseling are an advantage.
