• 12+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Consulting or Enterprise Software
• 5+ years of experience in Retail Planning, Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, Inventory Optimization, Supply Chain Planning or Merchandise Planning
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, POCs, proposals and deal closure
• Experience engaging with C-level and senior retail stakeholders, including Heads of Merchandise, Supply Chain, CIOs and CTOs
• Robust understanding of AI/ML,
Predictive Analytics and Prescriptive Analytics and their application in retail
• Experience developing business cases, ROI models and value propositions
• Experience leading or mentoring pre-sales or solution consulting teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology or a related field; Master's degree preferred
