Tenzor is building a dealer- and distributor-driven solar inverter business with a focus on aggressive market expansion, long-term channel relationships, product reliability, and responsive customer support.
Role OverviewThe Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing Tenzor's solar inverter business within the assigned territory.
The role requires a highly field-oriented sales professional who can identify and appoint distributors and dealers,



develop relationships with solar EPC companies and installers, generate secondary sales, expand market coverage, and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
The ASM will act as Tenzor's primary commercial representative in the territory and will be expected to build a solid, active and productive channel network rather than simply maintain existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Target Achievement• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for solar inverters.
• Develop territory-wise sales plans and execute them consistently.
• Drive primary as well as secondary sales through the distribution network.
• Identify high-potential markets, districts and customer segments within the assigned territory.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts to management.
• Track competitor pricing, schemes, product launches and market activity.
