Team Lead - Sales Development Representative (International)

Location: Mumbai / Bangalore | International SDR Team | Full-time | On-site

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Team Lead to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities and building a strong pipeline for the international business.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B SaaS sales, outbound prospecting, lead generation, team management, and sales development, along with a proven ability to consistently deliver pipeline targets.

What we look for?

• 5–8 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Inside Sales / Business Development / Sales Development.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring an SDR/BDR team.
• Robust understanding of outbound sales and prospecting.
• Hands-on experience with cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales engagement tools.
• Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnels, and pipeline generation.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and people-management skills.




• Ability to analyse data and use performance metrics to drive team outcomes.
• Experience working with CRM and sales prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
• Strong ownership, execution mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
