Job Summary:
The AMS Verification Lead will play a pivotal role in our team, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of Analog Mixed Signal designs. With a robust foundation in circuit analysis and simulation, this position will guide junior team members while contributing to high-level verification processes that drive the success of our projects in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct AMS verification to ensure compliance with design specifications and performance criteria.
• Guide and mentor a junior contractor in verification methodologies and best practices.
• Perform full-chip level Spice simulations while focusing on leakage analysis and block power analysis using tools like Finesim and Primesim.
• Analyze and evaluate the characteristics and operations of CMOS devices to support verification processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and validate solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Document verification processes and results, providing clear feedback to design teams to enhance design quality.
• Stay updated with advancements in tools and methodologies related to AMS and CMOS technology.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in AMS verification or related fields.
• Strong understanding of Analog Circuit analysis and CMOS device operation.
• Proficient in full-chip level Spice simulations with expertise in leakage and power analysis.
• Familiarity with Finesim and Primesim simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach to working with a team and guiding less experienced personnel.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Questa-based SoC ADMS activities is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of additional verification tools and methodologies.
