Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Manager role based in Agra. The Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities,



including managing and guiding the sales team, setting targets, and monitoring performance against goals. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers and financial partners, understanding client requirements, and recommending appropriate loan and financial products. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing, tracking leads and conversions, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager will also contribute to local marketing initiatives, analyze market trends, and regularly provide insights to support business growth in the Agra region.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in financial services, lending, or banking.
• Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
