Role Description The Medical Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments across multiple senior care settings, ensuring timely access to behavioral health services. Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming and outgoing calls,



confirming appointments, updating calendars, and communicating with patients, families, facility staff, and clinicians to resolve scheduling issues. The role involves entering and maintaining accurate appointment and patient information in scheduling systems, verifying necessary details before visits, and helping prioritize urgent or follow-up appointments. This is a full-time remote role that requires reliable technology, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the broader care team.
