Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive based in Delhi-NCR to drive sales for our car audio and smart accessory ranges. This is a full-time, on-site role operating out of our Faridabad office, requiring regular market visits and the flexibility to travel across the country as business demands.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the automotive accessories industry.

Key Roles

• Business Development: Identify and develop new distribution and retail channels across Delhi-NCR and target markets.
• Client Management: Manage existing customer relationships, address inquiries, and ensure high levels of service and support.
• Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales to meet and exceed assigned revenue and volume targets.




• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product presentations and technical walkthroughs of Hammer’s car audio systems and accessories for clients and partners.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and orders while coordinating closely with internal inventory and logistics teams.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track leads using CRM tools, and share regular market feedback and performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive accessories sector.
• Location: Based in Delhi-NCR, working on-site in Faridabad, with openness to pan-India travel when required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Skills: Robust negotiation, B2B/B2C selling, and communication abilities.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of car audio systems or consumer elect
