Role Description The Zonal Sales Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth across the assigned zone. This role involves developing and executing zonal sales strategies, managing key accounts and channel partners, and ensuring achievement of volume, value, and profitability targets. The Zonal Sales Head will lead and mentor a sales team, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective actions to strengthen market share and distribution reach. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and reviewing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends and competitor activities, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and ensuring effective execution of trade promotions and retail initiatives. The role also requires regular field visits, stakeholder relationship management, and adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
