Job Purpose

The AM HR will support to the HR Business Partner for the Energy Business and IA leadership team, driving people related process and systems aligned with business objectives. This role ensures support in terms of workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and organizational capability building to support growth and operational excellence.

Coordinating for all hiring to retire process based on GMR HR Policy.

Handling ERP system for hire to retire p

Ensuring all process adhered lead time.

Training Need Identification and Implementation for EIA

Identify present and future skill and competency requirements of the organization in consultation with Business Teams.

Collaborate with HODs,



line and functional managers to identify training needs (both technical and behavioral) of employees at the beginning of the FY.

Create annual training calendar- Energy Corp basis the training plan. Coordinate and execute training programs* with External Consultants and Internal SMEs and ensure 100% completion of training plans during the FY.

Coordinate with GMR-SSC for creation of MIS and release training dashboard.

Coordinate across Energy location for roll out of trainings /program management as per GMR HR Policy

Monitoring applicable training effectiveness process.

• Training Programs include MDPs, Interventions, Programs on Values and Beliefs, Inner Excellence , e learnings – CHR driven programs etc
