About The Team And What We’ll Build Together

The Marketing Operations team is Kobie’s campaign execution engine — delivering outbound loyalty communications for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Organized into three pillars (Campaign Management, Development, and Quality Assurance),



the team builds and deploys high-volume, personalized email campaigns that reach millions of loyalty members. As a Campaign Manager, you’ll work closely with internal and external partners to deliver loyalty marketing campaigns and email marketing for enterprise clients. You’ll ensure the performance, productivity, and efficiency of campaign creation and delivery — and help your clients’ members get the most out of their loyalty experience.

How You Will Make An Impact

As a Campaign Manager, you own the end-to-end lifecycle of your assigned campaigns — from intake through post-launch. You’re the day-to-day owner accountable for accurate, on-time delivery and explicit client communication.
