Role Description The Business Development Manager – based in Bengaluru is responsible for driving growth by identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities across key sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, and corporate spaces. In this full time role, the individual will prospect and qualify leads, conduct client meetings and presentations,



and build long-term relationships with decision-makers to promote Aéromé’s scenting solutions. The role includes preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of scent programs, and monitoring account performance to maximize client satisfaction and retention. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, contribute to sales strategies, and represent Aéromé at industry events and networking forums to expand brand presence in the Bengaluru market.

Qualifications
• Proven 5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in B2B or experiential marketing environments.
• Strong skills in lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship building with corporate and enterprise clients.
