HR Business Partnering & Employee Relations
 Partner with business/function heads and managers on day-to-day people-related matters.
 Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, concerns and workplace issues.
 Support managers in handling performance, attendance, discipline and employee relations matters.
 Understand employee and business needs and work with the AGM – HR to develop practical solutions.
 Maintain professional, transparent and constructive relationships across levels.

Recruitment & Workforce Management
 Understand manpower requirements and coordinate recruitment across functions.
 Manage sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication and selection processes.  Conduct initial HR discussions/interviews and support offer and negotiation processes.
