Vihara is a PropTech marketplace making real estate buying and selling more transparent and productive.

We’re looking for a hands-on Performance / Growth Marketing Manager to help build and scale our marketing engine.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads & Google Ads
• Run campaigns focused on CPL, CPA, CAC and ROAS
• Manage retargeting, audience segmentation and conversion tracking
• Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
• Develop ad creatives, copy and growth experiments
• Manage social media and content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X
• Support demand generation, brand building and new growth channels
• Track marketing KPIs and provide performance insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of hands-on performance/growth marketing experience




• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical and creative mindset
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

Bonus: LinkedIn Ads, PropTech/Real Estate, FinTech, startups, AI marketing tools or video content experience.
