Role Overview:

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team and take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across retail and corporate functions.
The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, understands candidate engagement and is passionate about building strong teams.




You will work closely with hiring managers and the HR Manager to understand manpower requirements, source relevant talent, manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requirement to candidate joining.
• Understand hiring requirements and create clear candidate profiles in coordination with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, social media and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on experience, skills, compensation and role suitability.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Schedule interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
• Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations within approved budgets.
• Coordinate offer release, documentation and joining formalities.
