Role Description The Sales Director is a full-time remote role responsible for leading revenue growth and expanding Discover Alpha’s client base. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and overseeing sales operations to ensure accurate forecasting and productive processes. The Sales Director will build and nurture long-term client relationships,



collaborate with customer service teams to support high-quality client experiences, and identify new business opportunities across target markets. Daily activities involve leading and mentoring the sales team, coordinating with product and delivery teams, preparing proposals and presentations, and regularly reporting on performance to senior leadership.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and optimizing sales processes and tools.
• Strong background in Customer Service, with a focus on relationship management, client retention, and solution-oriented communication.
• Proven Team Management skills, including coaching, performance management, and fostering a collaborative, accountable sales culture.
