About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced finance professional to work closely with the founders of an early-stage, inventory-led business.
This is a hands-on fractional role focused on giving the founders clear visibility into cash flow, working capital, inventory, margins and overall financial performance.
You won't be expected to work full-time. We’re looking for someone who can bring strong finance expertise, establish the right systems and provide regular financial oversight within 5–10 hours per week.

What You'll Own• Cash Flow: Maintain weekly cash-flow visibility and cash planning
• Working Capital: Monitor receivables, payables and overall working-capital cycle
• Inventory: Review inventory accounting,



stock value and inventory movement
• Vendor Payables: Monitor vendor outstanding, payment cycles and credit terms
• MIS: Build and maintain simple, practical financial dashboards and reports
• Unit Economics: Track gross margin, contribution margin and key business metrics
• Financial Controls: Set up basic finance processes and controls as the business scales
• Compliance: Coordinate GST, TDS and other statutory requirements with the CA/accounting team
• Business Reviews: Work with founders to identify financial leakages and improve profitability

What We're Looking For• 5–10 years of finance experience
• Hands-on experience in an inventory-led business
• Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, D2C, Distribution, Retail, FMCG or similar businesses
• Strong understanding of working capital, inventory and vendor payables
• Experience with cash-flow management and MIS
• Ability to analyse unit economics and contribution ma
