Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong B2B sales experience, preferably from Interior Design, Fit-Outs, Construction, Real Estate, or Corporate Sale and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and top-notch cold-calling experience, including engaging and influencing senior decision-makers of the company . You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through B2B sales and networking.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Identify and acquire potential corporate clients.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations,



and negotiations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and client requirements.
• Maintain CRM, sales pipeline, and MIS reports.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent client relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
• Experience in Interior Design, Fit-Outs, Construction, Real Estate, or Corporate Sales will be preferred.
