Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Sr. OPT Recruiter with strong expertise in OPT Sr. Recruitment, particularly in hiring candidates on OPT, CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, and other US work authorization statuses.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience sourcing, screening, and placing OPT candidates and should have a strong understanding of the OPT training process, employer requirements, candidate documentation, and compliance-related aspects. The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced US staffing environment and coordinating with candidates, clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for OPT, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source and recruit candidates with OPT/CPT, H-1B, H-4 EAD, GC, EAD and other work authorization statuses.
• Develop and maintain a solid candidate pipeline, particularly for OPT candidates.




• Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, work authorization, location, availability, and client requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates for technical and communication skills.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, submissions, documentation, onboarding, and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure successful closures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and hiring managers.
• Understand the requirements and processes associated with OPT candidates and OPT training programs.
• Guide candidates regarding the general OPT training process, including coordination related to training plans, employer requirements, and required documentation.
