Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre Sales Executive role based in India. The Pre Sales Executive will engage with prospective clients, respond to inquiries, and qualify leads generated through various channels such as walk-ins, campaigns, and digital platforms. Daily responsibilities include explaining property features, project details, and investment advantages, scheduling and coordinating site visits, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or lead-tracking tools.



The role also involves supporting the sales team with presentations, follow-ups, and basic documentation, while collaborating with marketing to provide feedback on campaigns and customer preferences. The Pre Sales Executive is expected to maintain qualified communication, achieve lead conversion targets, and contribute to a positive client experience.
