Role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced PA/Administrator supporting the Head of the School of Architecture, working across the activities of the School. Reporting to the ACT & YSA Administration Manager, you will have substantial experience of providing PA support at executive level, including diary and inbox management, managing sensitive, time-critical and often conflicting deadlines, and administering executive-level meetings. The role requires flexibility, commitment, discretion and attention to detail. You will contribute to the work of the ACT/YSA Admin Team, primarily in the areas of HR and Casual Staffing, with ad-hoc project support as required, for example on YSA Even
