1. Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to
support project planning, execution, monitoring and delivery. The candidate will coordinate
with cross-functional teams, track project progress, manage schedules, prepare reports and
ensure that project milestones are achieved within the agreed timelines. The ideal
candidate should have excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills,
along with experience in project management tools and methodologies.
2. Technical Skills
 Project Management Tools: Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello or Monday.com.
 Documentation: MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Google Workspace.
 Reporting & Tracking: Advanced Excel, project dashboards, status reports and KPI
tracking.
 Project Methodologies: Agile, Scrum project management.
 Project Planning: Project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), milestone
tracking and resource planning.




 Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom and SharePoint.
 Risk & Issue Management: Risk registers, issue logs, dependency tracking and
escalation management.
 Process Documentation: Project plans, meeting minutes, action trackers, SOPs and
project documentation.
 Data Analysis: Project performance analysis, budget tracking and progress reporting.
 Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of SDLC, software development, QA and
IT project delivery.
 Communication: Stakeholder coordination, client communication and management
reporting.
3. Key Responsibilities
 Coordinate project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timely
execution of project milestones.
 Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines and deliverable trackers.
 Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA teams, business analysts and
other stakeholders.
