Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Head – IT to lead the technology function for Nanavati Max Super Speciality Hospital, Mumbai.
The incumbent will be responsible for the end-to-end IT ecosystem of the hospital, including Hospital Information Systems (HIS), IT infrastructure, networks, applications, digitalisation, automation, technology projects, information security, vendor management and IT operations.
The role will work closely with Unit Leadership, doctors, clinical teams, nursing,



operations and corporate IT to ensure that technology is effectively deployed to support clinical, operational and business objectives.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Hospital IT & HIS
• Own and oversee the implementation, enhancement and smooth functioning of the Hospital Information System (HIS) across clinical, operational and support functions.
• Partner with doctors, clinical teams and business stakeholders to understand technology requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Ensure seamless integration and adoption of hospital applications and technology platforms.
• Drive troubleshooting, issue resolution and continuous improvement of hospital IT applications.

• IT Infrastructure & Operations
• Lead end-to-end IT operations for the hospital, ensuring high availability and reliability of critical systems.
• Oversee network, servers, databases, connectivity, voice, data, imaging, CCTV
