Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. In this role, the individual will contact prospective learners, explain suitable programs, and guide them through the enrollment process. Daily activities include handling inbound and outbound calls,



qualifying leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with interested candidates to close admissions. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate with academic counselors and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion, achieve sales targets, and ensure a high-quality experience for learners. The role also involves proactively resolving queries, providing transparent information about course offerings, and representing Hike Education in a professional and ethical manner.
