This role will work directly with the CEO & Founder, with a direct path to become the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company. This is a full-time role, based in India.

The role is meant for someone with 2-6 years of experience (or roughly in that range).

About the Founder

Sham Sao has had numerous successful exits, including one of just under USD 2 billion. He began his career at McKinsey, then served as CRO, CMO, and CEO across multiple B2B SaaS companies.
Educated at Harvard Business School, Harvard Law School, and Yale. He currently sits on PE and VC boards.

This is an opportunity to work directly alongside the founder from day one as Chief of Staff, collaborating to grow the company. As the business scales, this role evolves into Chief Operating Officer, leading the India-based operations and being a key member of Growth 11's global executive team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Partner directly with the Founder and CEO to build the firm from the ground up. You'll work on the things that move the business most:

• Synthesize thought-leading content. Turn interviews with the founder and leading market experts into sharp, insightful content: newsletter pieces, LinkedIn posts, and guides that gain market attention.
• Drive the outbound machine. Learn and apply best-in-class outbound sequencing and AI automation, tapping outside specialists for best practices (e.g., Smartlead, LinkedIn algorithms). Run outbound for candidate sourcing and client development.
