Role Description The Director will provide strategic leadership for KTM & Co’s practice, overseeing client engagements, managing key relationships, and ensuring quality delivery across audit, tax, and advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and signing off on complex assignments, guiding teams on technical and regulatory matters, and coordinating with partners and senior stakeholders on firm strategy and growth. The Director will lead business development initiatives,



contribute to service-line expansion, and support marketing and networking efforts to strengthen the firm’s presence in Mumbai. The role also involves mentoring and developing team members, driving operational efficiency, and maintaining robust compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
• Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent, with substantial post-qualification experience in audit, tax, or advisory.
• Proven leadership experience in a skilled services or consulting environment, including team management and performance coaching.
• Solid technical expertise in accounting standards, taxation, audit methodologies, and regulatory compliance relevant to Indian and international frameworks.
