Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales & Banquet Manager to drive banquet sales and manage the complete event lifecycle, from generating leads and converting enquiries to successful event execution.

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing corporate and social events, preparing proposals and quotations, conducting venue visits, negotiating packages, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hotels, banquet halls, restaurants, resorts, weddings, corporate events, and hospitality sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesBanquet Sales & Business Development

• Generate new business for banquet halls and hospitality event spaces.
• Identify and develop potential clients for weddings, receptions, corporate events, conferences, parties, social functions, and other events.
• Handle incoming banquet enquiries through calls, emails, social media, references, and walk-ins.
• Conduct venue tours and presentations for prospective clients.




• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packages, menus, layouts, and services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, event packages, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate pricing, packages, menus, and terms with clients within approved guidelines.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain a solid sales pipeline and achieve monthly and annual banquet revenue targets.
• Build relationships with event planners, wedding planners, corporate companies, travel agencies, and other business partners.
• Develop referral and corporate accounts to generate recurring banquet business.

Client & Event Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients from enquiry to event completion.
