We are at a stage where we don't need someone to simply run marketing.
We need someone to build the marketing function, build the growth engine and own the number.

The RoleWe are looking for a Head of Marketing & Growth who will own the entire marketing and growth function across Bluethread Brands.
This is not a role where you receive a strategy, brief a team, review a deck and wait for results.
You will work directly with the co-founders, understand the business at a fundamental level, identify what's broken, figure out what's missing,



build the team around you and create the systems that take the brands forward.
You will own revenue. You will own the marketing P&L.; You will own the numbers.
Performance marketing is a critical part of this role and will remain personally hands-on. We expect you to understand the numbers deeply, operate the channels yourself, make decisions based on data and know when something is working, when it isn't, and why.
At the same time, you will build and lead the team responsible for the wider marketing ecosystem.

What you will ownPerformance & Growth
• Own Meta, Google and the broader performance marketing function.
• Personally lead performance marketing strategy, execution and optimisation.
• Own CAC, ROAS, acquisition efficiency, conversion and revenue growth.
• Build a sustainable acquisition engine rather than chasing short-term spikes.
• Constantly test, learn and iterate across audiences, creatives, channels, offers and landing experiences.
