Principal – Job Description

Position: Principal (female)
Location: Rayasandra, Karnataka – 560099
Salary: 190,000 to ₹2,00,000 per month
School Board: CBSE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the overall academic and administrative operations of the school.

• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and NEP 2020 requirements.

• Develop and implement academic strategies to improve learning outcomes.

• Lead teachers and staff through effective mentoring and performance management.

• Drive student admissions, parent engagement, and school growth initiatives.

• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and student-focused school environment.

• Coordinate with management, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Preferred Profile:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in CBSE schools.





• At least 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role such as Principal, Vice Principal, or Academic Head.

• Candidates from reputed CBSE school chains in Bengaluru will be preferred.

• Solid knowledge of CBSE regulations, NEP 2020 implementation, and academic leadership.

• Proven experience in admissions growth, school operations, staff management, and overall school administration.

• Strong communication, leadership, decision-making, and team-management skills.

• Candidates residing near Rayasandra or willing to relocate will be preferred.
