Hybrid Mode

Initially, the position will follow a hybrid work model, with the employee required to work from the office 2 days per week, including availability during the 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM US time-zone overlap. The remaining working hours/days may be completed remotely as per the company schedule.

After successfully completing approximately 4-5 months, the role may transition to a fully remote work arrangement, based on performance and business requirements.

Paid Leave

About The Role





We are looking for an experienced US Accountant with solid hands-on experience in US Accounting and Oracle NetSuite. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, US GAAP, revenue and expense recognition, month-end and year-end closing, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This role requires someone who can independently analyze and solve practical accounting scenarios, especially transactions involving advance payments, deferred revenue, deferred expenses, prepaid expenses, and amortization across financial periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US-based clients/entities.
• Work hands-on with Oracle NetSuite ERP for accounting transactions and reporting.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, deferred revenue, deferred expenses, and other adjusting entries.
• Handle accounting for customer payments received
