Key Responsibilities
Brand Acquisition
Research potential brands and identify relevant decision-makers.
Build and maintain a database of brand prospects.
Reach out to brands through LinkedIn, email and Instagram.

Follow up with prospects and maintain conversations.
Understand brand requirements and identify potential influencer marketing opportunities.

Assist in converting prospects into active clients.

Creator Partnerships
Research and identify relevant nano and micro creators.
Reach out to creators and introduce collaboration opportunities.
• Onboard creators into the creator database.
• Collect creator profiles, audience data, rates and content metrics.
• Shortlist creators based on specific brand campaign requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with creators.
• Campaign Support
• Understand campaign briefs and requirements.
• Match suitable creators with brand requirements.




• Prepare creator shortlists for brands.
• Track creator responses, negotiations and confirmations.
• Coordinate with brands and creators during campaign execution.

Keep campaign and creator information organised in Google Sheets.

What We’re Looking For
Good communication and written English.
Comfortable with outreach and cold calling/messages.
Good research and lead-generation skills.
Persistent with follow-ups.

Comfortable talking to brands, founders and creators.
Valuable with Google Sheets and basic data management.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
Sales/BD experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
