Job Description:-
• Examine and assess patients presenting to the hospital and provide appropriate medical care.
• Diagnose and manage common medical conditions based on clinical assessment and available investigations.
• Attend to emergency and acute medical cases and provide timely initial treatment.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition and identify any changes requiring medical attention.
• Prescribe medicines, investigations, and treatments as clinically appropriate.
• Assist consultants and senior doctors in patient management, procedures, and clinical rounds.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, prescriptions, and clinical documentation.
• Counsel patients and attendants regarding treatment, medications, investigations, and follow-up care.
