Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Asset Management Executive to manage and coordinate the complete lifecycle of the company’s IT assets, including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals and other IT equipment. The role focuses on asset administration, inventory management, allocation and recovery, documentation, and coordination with the IMS team and external service vendors.

IT Asset Management & Inventory

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all company IT assets and complete asset details such as asset ID, serial number, make/model, purchase date, warranty, status and assigned employee.
• Ensure proper asset tagging, documentation, periodic physical verification and reconciliation.
• Update records whenever an asset is issued, transferred, returned, replaced or retired.

New Employee Onboarding

• Coordinate asset requirements for recent joiners and arrange laptops/desktops and peripherals.




• Coordinate with IMS for OS installation, software configuration, security setup and technical readiness.
• Coordinate with vendors when servicing or preparation is required.
• Complete handover documentation, obtain employee acknowledgement and update the asset register.

Employee Exit & Asset Recovery

• Coordinate recovery of IT assets during resignation, transfer or separation.
• Verify returned assets against allocation records and document visible damage or missing items.
• Coordinate with IMS for technical verification, data/security checks and system clearance.
• Coordinate vendor servicing where required and update asset status for storage or reassignment.

Coordination with IMS & External Vendors

• Coordinate asset-related activities between employees, IMS, HR and external vendors.
• Raise and track requests for servicing, repair, replacement and other asset requirements.
