Role Description The General Manager Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based at The Shri Ram Academy in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end HR management, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement for academic and non-academic staff. The General Manager Human Resources will design and implement HR policies,



ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a culture aligned with TSRA’s values of collaboration, safety, and professional growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding leaders on HR best practices, managing employee relations and grievance redressal, driving learning and development initiatives, and supporting change management across the institution. The role also involves HR data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with proven experience leading HR functions in an education or service-oriented organization.
