About The Role

RADISE India is seeking a versatile Proposal & Market Research Coordinator to join our Hyderabad team. This role blends market/bid research with proposal coordination and writing, supporting our Engineering & IT Staffing proposals for US Federal, SLED opportunities. The ideal candidate can identify and track bidding opportunities, maintain CRM data,



and then carry those opportunities through to compliant, well-written, and professionally packaged proposals.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Bid Identification

• Identify and Analyze U.S. Federal, SLED RFPs, RFQs, and task orders, especially those related to Engineering, IT Staffing, instrumentation, sensor-based monitoring systems, data management solutions, and other smart infrastructure initiatives.
• Monitor changes in advertisement dates, addenda, and award notifications; keep CRM/ERP records current and accurate.
• Conduct primary and secondary research using data collection methods such as polls, focus groups, and surveys.
• Apply working knowledge of data warehousing and mining to support prospect tracking and reporting.
• Generate weekly/monthly pipeline and research reports; participate in sales/BD meetings.
