Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) sales role based in the Pune Division. The MICE Sales professional will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with corporate clients,



and promote Planhook’s event and marketing solutions. Daily activities include prospecting, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role also involves coordinating with internal event, creative, and operations teams to ensure accurate handover of client requirements and smooth execution. The MICE Sales professional will track sales performance, maintain up-to-date records in CRM tools, and contribute to sales strategies and market development initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
• Experience in corporate events, MICE, or related hospitality and marketing services, with the ability to understand and sell event solutions.
