Role Description The Zoho Solutions Consultant is a full-time, in office role based in Kochi. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, and designing Zoho-based solutions that align with their operational and strategic goals. The consultant will configure, implement, and test Zoho applications (such as CRM and other Zoho products), support data migration, and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.

Daily tasks include preparing and delivering product demonstrations, assisting with presales activities, creating documentation and training materials, and providing user training and post-implementation support.



The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams to manage project timelines, maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Zoho solutions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to understand business processes, interpret client requirements, and translate them into effective Zoho solutions.
- Candidates should possess Consulting skills to perform needs assessments, advise on best practices, and guide clients through solution design and implementation.
- Candidates should possess Presales and Sales skills to support product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and contribute to closing opportunities for Zoho solutions.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan implementations, coordinate resources, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery of Zoho projects.
- Experience with Zoho products (especially Zoho CRM and related applications) and basic understanding of cloud-based business software is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, manage multiple engagements, and maintain a client-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications or training in Zoho or CRM platforms are an advantage.
