About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Zoho CRM & Sales Data Management Executive to manage CRM operations, sales data, MIS reporting, and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience with Zoho CRM , excellent knowledge of Excel/MIS , and the ability to maintain accurate sales data while generating meaningful reports and insights for management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM data, including customer, lead, prospect, and sales information.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of CRM records and sales databases.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance.
- Generate dashboards and reports using Zoho CRM and MS Excel.
- Track sales targets, achievements, conversions, and other key performance indicators.




- Identify data discrepancies, duplicate records, missing information, and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely CRM updates and proper data management..
- Analyse sales data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain sales trackers and prepare performance reports for individual team members and the overall sales function.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Zoho CRM role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, data cleaning, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Valuable understanding of sales processes, lead management, and sales performance tracking.

Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with sales and management teams.
