? Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain z/OS systems for high availability and stability
- Perform IPL, system configuration and workplace readiness activities
- Manage batch workloads using JCL, SDSF and scheduling tools
- Install and maintain system software using SMP/E
- Provide L2/L3 production support and perform RCA
- Support CAB processes, technical changes and deployments
- Participate in DR drills, recovery and failover activities
- Support migration from CA tools/software to IBM or alternative ISV products
- Collaborate with CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ and Storage teams
