Position: Xtreme Fiber Expert - Field Sales

Locations: Chennai & Overall Tamil Nadu

Eligibility

- Male Candidates Only
- Age 35 Below
- 10th ,12th, Diploma / Any Degree
- Freshers or Minimum 6 Months Experience
- Own Bike is Mandatory (Field Job)

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:
- Lead Generation: Proactively map out localized residential territories, apartment complexes, and retail markets to generate fresh customer leads.
- Field Sales Pitching: Conduct door-to-door marketing, pitch the benefits of Airtel Xstream Fiber plans (speed, OTT bundles, reliability), and provide live product demos.
- Onboarding & KYC: Collect required customer identity documents, fill out applications,



and process bookings directly via the official Airtel Sales Application.
- Target Achievement: Consistently fulfill assigned sales metrics.
