Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and organized Workshop & Events Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, training programs, and events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills, ensuring smooth execution of all activities while maintaining a positive experience for students and participants.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and manage workshops, seminars, and events.

- Coordinate with students, trainers, speakers, and vendors for event execution.

- Handle event scheduling, logistics, and venue arrangements.

- Promote workshops and events through various media and marketing channels.

- Manage participant registrations and communication.

- Coordinate food and hospitality arrangements for events.

- Ensure timely execution of activities and adherence to event schedules.

- Prepare event reports and collect participant feedback.

- Maintain records of workshops, attendance,



and event outcomes.

Educational Qualifications

- Any Degree

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in workshop or event management.

- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

- Familiarity with educational events and student engagement activities is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
