Key Responsibilities

Support and analyze Workday integrations with internal and external systems.

Work closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams to understand requirements and resolve integration issues.

Perform integration testing, data validation, mapping, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.

Investigate integration failures and support root-cause analysis.

Work with Workday integration frameworks and tools such as EIB, PECI, PICOF, Cloud Connect, Core Connectors, RaaS, and/or Workday Studio.

Review integration outputs and data flows between Workday and external systems.

Support documentation, process improvements, and integration-related requirements.

Requirements

Strong Workday experience, particularly with integrations.

Techno-functional mindset, with the ability to understand both business requirements and technical integration flows.

Experience with Workday integration tools/frameworks.

Experience with data validation, testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

Solid communication skills and ability to work with both functional and technical stakeholders.
