Stipend: 8k -12k during the internship

Working Hours: Either 10AM-7PM OR 6PM-3AM IST (Based on project requirements)

Bond will be made and full-Time Opportunity based on internship performance.

About the Role

Workday is a cloud-based ERP software that unifies human resources (HR), payroll, financial management, and planning into a single system. This is a full time, on-site Workday Intern role based in Mota Varachha, Surat. The selected candidate will receive structured training and practical exposure to Workday and enterprise business applications under the guidance of experienced team members.

The role is designed for freshers and recent graduates who are interested in building a career in Workday, HR technology, ERP systems, business applications, data management, and consulting.

This requires employment Bond with Bolstersys LLP.

Qualifications

- Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good English communication is must.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:

Computer Science

Information Technology

Management

HR / Human Resources

Business Administration

Key Responsibilities





- Assist senior team members with Workday-related project activities.
- Support data entry, data validation, and data management activities.
- Assist with Workday configuration and testing activities.
- Prepare and maintain reports and documentation.
- Support basic troubleshooting and application-related activities.
- Assist in testing business processes and validating system results.
- Maintain accurate records of changes, configurations, and project activities.
- Understand business and functional requirements.
