Role: Workday Functional Consultant

Experience: 5+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business process management, reporting, security, and document management. The ideal candidate should have experience working across multiple Workday functional areas including HCM, Recruiting, Time & Absence, Compensation/Advanced Compensation, and Talent.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
- Robust experience in Workday Business Process Configuration.
- Hands-on expertise in Calculated Fields.
- Strong knowledge of Condition Rules.
- Experience with Custom Objects.
- Experience configuring Questionnaires.
- Strong Workday Reporting experience.
- Knowledge of Workday Security Groups and access controls.
- Experience with Workday Document Management.
- Experience with Onboarding, Offboarding and Offer business processes.
- Knowledge of Workday Drive and document integration.
- Ability to independently analyze requirements and configure solutions.
- Strong understanding of Workday functional areas and underlying data relationships.
